How it works

Our process is highly collaborative from beginning to end.

Discover

We start collaborative!

We’ll get up to speed and on the same page with a Guided Ideation Workshop and up to three additional meetings to identify the organizational situation, needs, and aspirations before we begin working on the strategy.

Build

Brio gets to work!

Your strategy will start to take shape. Halfway through, we’ll check-in to make sure we’re on the right track. Then, we’ll wrap it all up with a bow. The final document will be sent electronically after the formal presentation.

Present

Brio presents the work!

With the appropriate fanfare and probably some confetti, we’ll present your strategy in all its glory. After, we’ll collect immediate feedback and send electronic files of the strategy document and the stylized branded slide show.

Next Steps

We finish collaborative!

But wait. There’s more! Once approved, it’s time to make the strategy real. Together, we’ll review the strategy and determine next steps for execution, whether it be a marketing plan, a revision of an existing program, or overall marketing alignment.
